Dromintee Dancing to Success

The ordinary people of Dromintee have given up their “day jobs”, with the help of their tutors,

to give heavy shoes and the spotlight a go.  As Dromintee Football Club stages one of their most successful events to date – JIGS AND REELS.  The event will take place on Saturday 12th September 2009 in the Carrickdale Hotel and everyone is welcome.  “There is a great buzz around the local area.  We are anticipating a night full of entertainment with great characters involved in the show and I hear there is stiff competition even at this early stage” stated Peter Fearon chairman of the club

whose wife Helen is one of the dancers.  Peter had no comment on who he would vote for!!
